Intro to Dance
These dance classes for 18 mo - 2 1/2 year old's are unique 40-minute classes designed to expand dance related motor skills by developing coordination and self-expression through simple dance movement and songs. These tiny dancers also practice life skills such as socialization, making friends, taking turns, sharing, waiting in line, helping others, and music appreciation.
Hip Hop & Tumble
This hip hop and tumble class is your little dancers first class without mom, dad, or another loved one by their side. Music, movement, balance. and the basic dance steps are introduced in a fun and friendly manner. Basic hip hop and tumble terminology will be introduced. This tumble and hip hop class is great for children who will be able to participate in class on their own. Our tumble and hip hop dance teachers will keep the music and curriculum moving along in a way that is fun, positive and appropriate for children 3-4 years of age.
Ballet & Tap
This tap and ballerina class is your little dancers first class without mom, dad, or another loved one by their side. Music, movement, balance, and the basic dance steps are introduced in a fun and friendly manner. Our ballet school will introduce basic ballet and tap terminology. This ballet and tap dance class is great for children who will be able to participate in class on their own. Our tap and ballet teachers will keep the music and curriculum moving along in a way that is fun, positive, and appropriate for children between 3 and 4 years of age.
Jazz & Tap
This fun combo class incorporates elements of both jazz and tap instruction focusing on flexibility, technique, and strength of jazz. The tap dancing element is an exciting form of dance in which dancers wear special shoes equipped with metal taps. In our tap dance and jazz classes, tap dancers will learn to use their feet like drums to create rhythmic patterns and timely beats. Initial tap and jazz dance terminology will be introduced.
Ages: 5-6 years
Ages: 7-9 years
In our ballet classes, our ballerinas will focus on proper ballet technique, strength, flexibility, and body alignment. Our ballet school gives additional attention to musicality, movement quality, and anatomically correct work.
Hip Hop & Acro
This class is your little dancers first class without mom, dad, or another loved one by their side. Music, movement, balance, and the basic dance and acro steps are introduced in a fun and friendly manner. Basic hip hop and tumble terminology will be introduced in this hip hop and acro dance class.
Our hip hop dance classes offer a variety of hip-hop styles like popping, locking, and break-dancing. This hip hop class will help build confidence and performance presentation in the students along with giving them some opportunities to create and explore their own unique and natural dance style.
Acro dance lessons incorporate elements of both jazz and acrobatics instruction focusing on flexibility, tumbling, strength, and technique with an upbeat rhythm-based style.
Level Starts Ages: 7 & Up
This lyrical and contemporary dance class embodies various aspects of ballet, jazz, acrobatics, modern, and hip-hop, while maintaining its autonomy. These dance lessons are a fusion of movement and technique. Warm-up to combo this class will take our students through an exciting emotional journey with themes and storytelling.
Musical Theater Dance
Musical Theatre is a jazz-based class filled with Broadway style dancing and music. Classes incorporate the style of dance one would typically see on a Broadway stage. This form of dancing emphasizes learning performance skills such as connecting with the audience and facial expressions.
Jump & Turns
This unique class is designed for the advanced dancer that is looking for a class that will enhance specific dance skills. The focus is on leaps, jumps and turns that is required in all styles of dance. This class is great for advanced dancers, competitive dancers, gymnasts...*No Recital
instruction is catered directly to your student's ability level. Students enrolled in private lessons are able to move at their own pace instead of being tethered to the pace of the class as a whole.
