Our Zumba classes are about an hour and are taught by licensed Zumba instructors. The exercises are set to music with slow and fast rhythms and also include resistance training. You can also expect to dance to the following dance styles: cumbia, salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco, chachacha, reggaeton, soca, samba, belly dancing, bhangra, hip hop music, axé music and tango. Zumba targets the abs, thighs, arms and other muscles throughout the body to give participants a toned, sculpted figure.
